How to order
We accept Visa and Mastercard via a secure online payment system.
You can also order offline by cheque, money order or electronic funds transfer. Email us your order and contact details and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to organise payment and delivery.

Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of order and processing of payment. If you pay by electronic funds transfer, please include a print out of the transfer receipt.
Otherwise, order easily over the phone anytime on 0402 020 643. If we are busy sewing and cant get to the phone, leave a message for us to return your call (within 24 hrs) and we can discuss your order with you at a time that suits.
Oli B Designs delivers Australia wide and overseas using the services of Australia Post.
Please allow approximately 5-7 working days for delivery of your order within Australia. Delivery times will vary for special orders; you will be contacted via email.
Postage and handling fees are a flat rate for all of Austalia
- All Orders $4.95 flat fee.
We ship via Regular Post. We can deliver to you, or if the item is a gift we can deliver to the recipient’s address. Express Post can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us.
We will happily ship purchases overseas using Australia Post Air Mail. (Exluding USA and Canada for insurance reasons) Estimated time of delivery is within two weeks from ordering. Please note that international shipping is not shown on the checkout total for overseas orders. This will be applied to your order after we receive it and is based on the weight of the order.

If an item you have selected is temporarily unavailable or sold out, Oli B Designs will contact you promptly to organise an alternative choice or estimated time of availability.
Oli B Designs wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will endeavor to solve the issue to the best of our ability. Oli B Designs prides itself on taking exceptional care when packaging and sending your chosen goods. If an item should arrive damaged or not arrive at all, please contact us promptly to discuss an appropriate resolution, however please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for goods once we have dispatched them using the method of shipping you have selected.
All exchanges must take place within 4 weeks of purchase date.
